Delete your account

You can delete your Ygeia Coach account and all of its data at any time. Deletion is permanent.

In the app

  1. Open Ygeia Coach and go to Settings.
  2. Tap Delete my account and data, and confirm. Everything is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email hello@ygeia.in from the address you signed up with, asking us to delete your Ygeia Coach account. We delete it within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

  1. Your account and sign-in
  2. Your profile and plan
  3. Your log, weigh-ins, workouts and the daily copies kept for undo
  4. Your WHOOP connection and the WHOOP data we fetched
  5. Your Ask AI question counts

Nothing is kept afterwards, except that deleted data can remain in Google Cloud's point-in-time recovery for up to 7 days before it is gone. Read the full Ygeia Coach privacy policy.
