One price per clinic
Per month, whatever your patient volume. Your receptionist having an account costs nothing; the plan is decided by how many people write into charts.
Every plan is free for the first 3 months. No card to start.
Every plan includes all of this
Including the cheapest one. The front desk is what stops a clinic running on paper, so none of it is held back for a higher tier — the plans below differ only in how many clinicians they allow and what they add on top.
- Patient records, searchable by name, phone or patient number
- Walk-in queue with daily token numbers
- Appointments, with a day, week and month diary
- GST invoices on your own letterhead, numbered per clinic
- Payments — UPI, cash and card — with a day-book and an outstanding-dues list
- Clinical notes, typed or dictated in the browser
- Lab reports and scans filed against the patient
- Prescriptions, with allergy warnings from the patient's own record
- English, Hindi and Malayalam throughout

Standard
₹999/month
Up to 5 clinicians
A practice with a few clinicians that wants its patients to book online and its numbers to add up.
First 3 months free
Everything in Basic, plus:
- Online check-in and booking A link or a QR code your patients fill in before they arrive.
- Reports Patient volume, revenue by day and by procedure, no-show rate, and how patients found you.
- Waiting-room display A screen showing the queue, so people stop asking the front desk.
- Note templates Reusable structures for the visits you write up most, so a note is a few fields rather than a blank box.
- Send a patient their invoice or report By email, or hand them a PDF.
- Your price list Keep your common charges and their GST rate in one place, then pick them when raising an invoice instead of typing each line.
- Android app for your clinicians The waiting list, the day's schedule, patient records and handwritten notes, from a phone. Recording a consultation needs the ambient scribe.
Add the ambient scribe for individual clinicians at ₹249 a month each. If all five clinicians need it, Premium costs less.

Premium
₹1,999/month
Unlimited clinicians
Everything, including the ambient scribe — and the phone app records the consultation.
First 3 months free
Everything in Standard, plus:
- Ambient scribe Record the consultation and get a draft note you review and sign. Nothing reaches the chart unsigned.
- Translate a note between English, Hindi and Malayalam
- Recording consent read aloud to the patient In the language they speak, so consent is not a form somebody skims.
- Your clinic's branding, not ours Your logo and name in the app your staff use, on the waiting-room screen, and in the email that adds a colleague. Your invoices and reports already carry your letterhead on every plan.
- Dictate a note instead of typing it Speak the note, correct the draft, and sign it. Typing a note is in every plan.
- Run your own lab A worklist of samples to run, results entered against the analytes you define, and a report on your letterhead. Ordering a test and filing an outside lab's report are in every plan.
- The medicine counter A dispensing queue, a checklist for each prescription, and an invoice for what was actually handed over.

- What counts towards the clinician limit?
- Anyone who can write into a patient’s chart — a doctor or a nurse. Front-desk and admin accounts are unlimited on every plan, including Basic.
- What happens if I move to a lower plan?
- Nothing you have recorded is deleted or hidden. You keep every note, invoice, recording and report, and can still read and print them. A downgrade takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you can cancel it until then.
- Is my patients’ data in India?
- Records, recordings and invoices are stored in Mumbai. Some speech-to-text and note-generation configurations run outside India, and where yours does, the app names the step and the region on a settings page — so you can write your own patient consent accurately.
- Do you take payment through the app?
- Not yet. Plans are set up with us directly. You can move to a lower plan yourself at any time from your settings.
- Can I import the patients I already have?
- Yes, from a CSV. It runs as a dry run first and tells you exactly what it would create, what already matches somebody on file, and which rows it refuses — an unreadable date of birth is refused rather than guessed, because a wrong one splits a patient’s record.
